H-1B Hopefuls! The Second H-1B Lottery for the Year Is Imminent

USCIS will soon conduct a second random selection from the previously submitted fiscal year 2024 H1-B cap registrations in order to reach the desired numerical allocations.
Prospective petitioners with newly selected registrations will have their myUSCIS accounts updated to include a selection notice with filing details.
